The details you give us in the eligibility check (such as your name, contact details, postcode, date of birth and the circumstances you tell us about) so we can work out what support you may qualify for and personalise your letters. If you subscribe, our payment provider processes your card details securely — we never see or store your full card number.
2. How we use it
To run your eligibility check, produce your report and letters, take payment, and provide ongoing alerts while you subscribe. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Lawful basis & your rights
We process your data on the basis of your consent and to perform our contract with you. Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing us.
4. Payment & security
Card payments are handled by a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. Connections are encrypted. We store only the information needed to provide the service and a record that a payment was taken — never your card details.
